Located in a small community approximately 10 minutes to the beaches
of Fort Myers, Sanibel Isalnd / Captiva Island.
In the back of the house is a large lake, the pool is electric
heated. A marina is around the corner.
For big swimmers is a large heated community pool within 1 – 2
minutes.
Restaurants and shopping centers are close by.
vacation rental rates
Rates are from December till April $ 700.00 week plus 11% Tax
The week of any holiday $ 850.00
May till November $ 650.00
The fee for the final cleaning is $ 150.00
Security deposits are $ 300.00 and will be retuned at check out if no
damage is caused.
Electricity $ 4.00 per Day are included in the rent, everything above
will be charged with 0.10 cent per kw/h
