Great special for summer and fall!  Stay at GrandView for as little as $114/night (weekly stay)  The  
longer you stay, the more you save.  This special is good for all remaining dates in August,  
September, November and December 1-20, excluding all holiday periods.

This is our off-season, winter rate so you know you're getting a great deal.  The special applies

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years ......... $195/night (5 night minimum) 
 
We're very pet friendly!  $50/dog fee with approval 
12.5% TN/local Tax. No Cleaning, Hot Tub or 'Per Person' Guest Charges
