Winter and Spring are such peaceful times at Lake Lanier.  You will find that our Lake Lanier Retreat is on a perfect spot DEEP water on the lakeLanier... beautiful views on a low traffic inlet that always, always has deep water!  Come enjoy a spacious house only steps from beautiful, restful views of water, trees and sky.  7 bedroom home over looking with a private deep water dock, a view of an uninhabited island, with luxury and
style to spare. This is one of those rare homes that you can bring
adults from more than one family
to and still feel like you have plenty of privacy, quiet and space
to enjoy your week on the lake.
With two bedrooms upstairs, 3 on the main floor and 2 downstairs,
and bathrooms for each, you can
really spread out. The roomy kitchen is adjacent to the soaring
great room letting your whole family
enjoy meal times together. Outside, our large deck and bench swings
will be a perfect place to
enjoy our mild North Georgia weather and gorgeous views in 3
directions of water, trees and sky. A
short walk down some shallow stairs brings you to the blue lake and
the large, private dock ready
for you boat. This is a home where memories are made.

This house has so much to offer your family to keep everyone happy.
Inside we have a pool table,
ping pong table, Wi-Fi service, and large screen TV for your
entertainment. Two of the
bedrooms also have their own TV's. For living space, there is not
only the great room with seating
for 8, but also a comfy reading room, a very large family game room
downstairs and of course the
decks, porches and dock with chairs and swings to enjoy. Our
kitchen has everything you
need to prepare those large family meals and we have a highchair,
two folding tables and chairs to pull everyone
together in the dining area. Finally there are games, toys and
books to peruse.

Lake Lanier is the playground to the Southeast because it has all
that metro-Atlanta has to offer
as well as gorgeous natural parks and activities, all within 1
hour. Our guests have enjoyed the
lake of course: tubing, boat rentals, swimming, relaxing, and
skiing. But they have ventured out to
Atlanta hot spots such as a Brave's game, Lake Lanier Islands Water
Park, 6 Flags Theme Park and the
many awesome golf courses in our area. To the north we have water
falls, hiking, gold mining, white
water rafting and more. And the shopping and restuarant options
within 30 minutes of Lake Lanier
Retreat are exceptional; from outlets to luxury!

Summer:  May 23 - September 7: $3000 per week. $500 per night.  

Winter:  Dec 1 - March 31: $265 per night. $1600 per week.  $3000 per month. (Christmas and New Years are rented at the Fall rate.)

** Special Winter 2 night stay:  $600.00

Spring/Fall: April 1 - May 22 and Sept. 8 - Nov. 30: $316 per night.  $1900 per week.  $4000 per month.

3 night minimum stay.
$150 housekeeping fee. Dogs are $20 per day per dog.
7% sales tax.
$250 deposit required to hold your reservation.
