Oct-Nov $2000.00. Only about $67 per day!

Dec $3000.00. - Special Price for 2011- $2500. Only about $80 per day!

All rental contracts and fees are to be paid directly to on-site
rental management company. Rental contract required. A $500.00
deposit is required and payment in full is to be made to the rental
office in advance of arrival.

Other Fees required are; $250 to transfer golf membership, Greatly
reduced Greens and Cart Fees. Approximately $35 for 18 holes and
Cart. Membership includes immediate family only (Husband, Wife and
Children under 21). Florida Sales Tax of 11.5% (12% after May 2011), $88.00 Cleaning Fee and $500.00 refundable deposit also required.
