Reservation deposit: $250 to $1,000 or up to 50% of total amount may
be due at the time of reservation, plus cleaning fee $150.00 (there
is no cleaning or maid service while property is occupied)and a
security/damage deposit up to $1,000.00 (depending on length of
stay).
