Vacation Rental Description

Newer golf course home (built 2003) on the Royal Five fairway at 
Indian Palms Country Club. Original art within this Single family 
home with 2 bedrooms, den and 2 baths, tasefully decorated,black 
granite kitchen countertops, tile floors,covered patio w/fenced 
backyard and view of Santa Rosa mountains! The dining room seats 4 
and black granite top bar/countertop seats an additional 4. There is 
outdoor/patio seating (table, 4 chairs, glider and chaise) with bar-
b-que. King bed in the Master and Queen in the second bedroom. Queen 
sofa bed in den. Home is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all 
rooms and patio. Cable TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system in 
great room. This property is "turn key", includes linens, towels, 
dishes, small appliances, pots/pans, coffee maker, refrigerator/ice-
maker, micro-wave and indoor washer/dryer. Large oversized 2-car 
garage. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Indian Palms Country Club borders La Quinta and is surrounded by 
dramatic mountain ranges and rich, natural desert terrain offering a 
resort lifestyle. Country Club offers a 27-holes of championship 
golf , driving range, lighted tennis courts, Clubhouse 
w/pro-shop, full-service resturant with indoor and outdoor terrace 
dining and community pool.

There is local shopping within close proximity including Albertsons, 
Ralphs, Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, Target and numerous speciality 
stores! 

Activities and Attractions

World class Polo at the Empire Polo grounds and site of 
the Southwest Arts Festival, annual balloon festival and Stagecoach 
Country Music Festival. Other local points of interest include La 
Quinta Arts Festival, Old Town La Quinta, Casinos (Spotlight 29, 
Fantasy Springs, Augustine), El Paseo shopping,lots of art 
galleries, five star resturants, Palm Desert Street Fair, 
The Living Desert, golf at The Classic Club, PGA West, Triology, 
Indian Wells, Indian Springs, and several other nearby courses. The 
La Quinta Resort and Spa, Palm Springs Air and Desert Museums and 
Palm Springs Aerial Tramway are also a short drive away. The desert 
also offers nature walks, horseback riding, and jeep tours of the

Vacation Rental Rates

December-April (high-season): $2900/month.....$1000/week 
(2 week minimum preferred )

May (shoulder): $2100/month.....$650/week (1 week minimum)

June-Oct (low-mid season): $1700/month...$650/week (1 week minimum)

November (shoulder): $2500/month....$800/week...$220/night(3 night 
minimum)

Reservation deposit: $250 to $1,000 or up to 50% of total amount may 
be due at the time of reservation, plus cleaning fee $150.00 (there 
is no cleaning or maid service while property is occupied)and a 
security/damage deposit up to $1,000.00 (depending on length of 
stay).
