Vacation Rental Description

Exquisite, ocean-oriented Charleston-style home complete with  
all new furnishings and a private pool.  Perfect for families,  
golfers, or couples, this home is spacious featuring ten foot  
ceilings on the first level and nine foot on the second. 
 
The well equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and all the  
latest appliances.  The family area has a large sectional sofa, a  
cozy fireplace with gas logs, a large screen television with  
Cablevision and a DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system with a CD/Tape  
player.  A powder room is conveniently located off the family room.   
All five bedrooms have private baths and are beautifully decorated in  
a vibrant beachy theme.  For your comfort and entertainment needs,  
ceiling fans, televisions, and VCRs are present in all bedrooms.   
Movies, books and games are also available. 
 
Designed to comfortably accomodate 10-13, there are two master suites  
each with a king bed.  The downstairs master also contains a twin  
sleeper sofa.  The third and fourth bedrooms contain queen beds.  The  
fifth bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds just perfect for  
children.  This bedroom also contains a Sega Dreamcast game system  
and a VCR/DVD player. You will also find an assortment of games,  
books, and movies appropriate for all ages. There is a large laundry  
room with a full-size washer and dryer, folding table, and utility  
sink. 
 
Enjoy Hilton Head's beautiful weather, the pool, and the sights from  
either the upper or lower decks.  From the upper deck enjoy the views  
of the pool and large lagoon with fountain.  Comfortable deck  
furniture awaits you in addition to outdoor speakers for you to enjoy  
your favorite tunes by the professionally landscaped pool.  The pool  
level has an outside shower and a gas grill.  The pool can be heated  
for an additional fee*. 
 
Located between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantation, this mid- 
island location places you close to all Hilton Head has to offer and  
is across the street from Chaplin Park.  This new 70 acre park  
features ball parks, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and  
a beach themed playground for the youngsters to enjoy.  Only a short  
stroll to the beach (approximately 600 yards) to twelve miles of  
incredibly beautiful unspoiled beach.  Begining Memorial Day through  
Labor Day there will be a complimentary shuttle to the beach between  
the hours of 9 am and 5 pm (Sunday thru Friday).  Twelve golf courses  
and outlet malls within 10 minutes.  Island bike trails are easily  
accessible via Singleton Beach Road.  Be one of the first to enjoy  
this jewel in Hilton Head.

refundable security deposit and 11% SC tax to be included.  Remaining  
balance due thirty days prior to arrival date.  Personal or cashier's  
check accepted.
