vacation rental description

Newly renovated, new kitchen, new bathroom, fully furnished front
unit of a duplex. One and a half blocks to the beach. I rent Sunday to Sunday.  I will rent for weekends subject to availability. 2011 weekly rate during the season is $900. I include 4 beach tags and free wifi.  Preseason will be discounted.

vacation rental rates

$750-$1000 per week.  $700 for a week in June (except last week of June) or September or $900 per week for July or August, subject to availability.  The June 25 - July 3rd is available for $900 - 8 nights or a short week June 25 - July 1st is available for $700 - 6 nights.

this house was a nice rental, but quite small, linens were included, the rooms were clean, there is only 1 small tv & with two teenagers that made life somewhat difficult in the evenings,(2) AC Units kept the property cool, a small washer/dryer was available, there was no dishwasher. the house was approx 2 blocks (easy walk) to the beach which was where we spent most of our time

My family had a wonderful time in Brigantine NJ. The house was perfect! We had enough room for the 6 of us. The house was very clean and had the right accessories such as: large fridge, an assortment of pots and pans, washer and dryer, towels, Beach tags, and beach chairs. There is off street parking, and the neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The beach is very close, walking distance. The owner was very friendly and greeted us on the day of our arrival. She made sure that we knew we could contact her for anything we would need. I would recommend this property and plan on coming back next year.

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car
