Vacation Rental Description

365 days a year!   Your waterfront view is spectacular, huge, and 
panoramic as you can see a very large stretch of the beach and water 
from your lanai!!

  This unit is very light and bright with water views from every window. 
This unit  is surrounded by nature,  large oak trees, palm trees and 
ocean breezes. The bay side is just steps away and has brand new 
docks and wonderful fishing year round. Sit on the bay bench with a 
glass of wine or a fishing pole, your choice! Use the docks for your 
rental boat and go boating for the day. Rental boats are close by, as 
well as kayaks,tackle, parasailing,bikes,motor bikes,and more. You 
can walk to several restaurants from the complex.
  This is a very romantic and quiet location. Hear the waves gently 
lull you to sleep.  This is Siesta Key at its finest.  ** More

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach Front, no street to cross, and 2 Large heated pools. Brand new 
docks on the bay side. Central air AND ocean breezes. All windows 
open for a fabulous breeze, 2 Color Cable TV's, 
remotes, 2 VCR's, DVD player, iron and board, Stereo CD Player, Full Kitchen,  
Microwave, internet access, Disposal, Cooking utensils, Blender,
Electric Juicer, and  Quality Linens provided, including beach towels, Washer Dryer steps away, 
Beach Chairs,  hair dryer, cooler, boogie board, rafts and noodles, new wooden overhead tropical 
paddle fans. 
Showers by the beach to rinse off. Books and movie library in unit. 
Pillow top king mattress.  Although under new central air conditioning, 
one of the reasons to visit during the cooler months is to feel the glorious 
tropical breezes on the lanai. Some condos that are newer have no way to open the windows at all! All 
of the windows in this unit open for fabulous breezes.
The complex has 2 new gas grills, one on beach side one on bay side!

You are close to downtown Sarasota where music, theater, 
museums, galleries and fabulous restaurants abound. Activities on or 
near Siesta Key include, Biking, Fishing, Golf, Parasailing, Deep 
Sea fishing, Scuba Diving, Swimming, Snorkeling, Canoeing, 
Kayaking, boat rentals, Waterskiing, gallery walks and more. Walk to 
some of the islands fabulous outdoor island style restaurants.

to book for those periods please email or call. We give discounts for more than one week. Thanks so 
much.
2008   Rates are $1200. per week or $4200.00 per month for the remainder of 2008. 

2008  SPECIAL:  1 week $999.00 or 2 weeks in 2008 just $1899.00 for limited time from September 20- 
December 30, 2008. Must book before August 10, 2008 to receive this rate.

2009  Rates for 2009 are $1300. per week or $4500.00 per month. NOTE; Jan.-April one month minimum.
