Each side is 2 bedroom/1 bath.

Each side has its own large deck overlooking
water, vaulted ceilings, cable, full kitchen including
refrigerator, stove, microwave, and bbq pit and deck furniture.

You clean before leaving and unit is checked for proper cleaning between rentals.
(or if you prefer, we can arrange for a one time cleaning with a fee of $100 per side)

We supply pots and pans, dishes,one dock with swim dock (shared),one
covered slip available at 10 per night, tie up to side available at
no extra charge, near jet ski and boat rentals,
shopping, outlet mall, go carts, best restaurants, and all the
action! Nice quiet deep water cove.

Each side of duplex has:
kitchenette, cable tv, dock and swim dock, nice deck with bbq pit
2 bedrooms with full size beds, 1 bath, full kitchen with
refrigerator, stove, microwave,queen sleeper

Near all the action: jet ski and boat rentals one-half mile away,
near outlet mall, go carts, golf courses, bagnel dam strip, best
restaurants, night clubs

Relax and float in quiet cove at night and take in all the nearby
action at night!

Rates quoted are for each side of duplex.
Each side is 2 bedroom one bath.
Each side sleeps up to six including an aero bed or couch

$650 per side per week for 7 days/six nights (or both sides for $1300 per week)

$130 per side per night Sun. thru Thurs.(2 night minimums)(both sides 300 per night)

$150 per night Fri. and Sat. (both sides $300 per night)

Some pets are allowed: call for pet fee

Holidays: $175 side per night (3 night minimum)(both sides $350 per night)
