If unfettered open beach swimming is your preference, take a
leisurely walk along the beach (or 5-min drive) to the east, where
you’ll find one of the most spectacularly beautiful public beaches
in all Puerto Rico: Punta Puerto Nuevo Beach. There, you’ll get a
flavor of the local folklore and flair of the regular weekend
crowds. If you prefer surfing, a six-minute drive to the west will
take you to the world renowned Los Tubos Beach, with rideable waves
most of the year (best season: September-March). If you want to
witness firsthand nature’s own “shock & awe” in quintessential
natural tropical beauty, drive three minutes further west to Mar
Chiquita Beach.

OFF Season (April 16 – December 14)
- Monday – Thursday Rates
• $160/night for up to 4 people (four nights minimum).
• Plus $22/night per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
- Friday – Sunday Rates
• $185/night for up to 4 people (four nights minimum).
• Plus $27/night per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
- Weekly Rates
• $1,100/week for up to 4 people.
• Plus $150/week per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
IN Season (December 15 – April 15)
- Monday – Thursday Rates
• $240/night for up to 4 people (four nights minimum).
• Plus $32/night per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
- Friday – Sunday Rates
• $265/night for up to 4 people (four nights minimum).
• Plus $38/night per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
- Weekly Rates
• $1,500/week for up to 4 people.
• Plus $220/night per additional person (10 years old or older),
up to 12 persons total.
UPFRONT Payments
• Refundable $400 damage deposit, plus 1/3 of total stay charges
required to hold reservation (payable via PayPal, money
order, or certified check – sorry, NO personal checks!
Payments made through PayPal require a 3% charge.)
• Full remaining payment due at check-in time.
• Rates go up 10% for stays including Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Year’s Day, Spring Break [Mar 15 - Apr 25]), and the month
of July.
• All taxes and additional fees included.
CANCELLATION Policy
• Cancellations down to 40 days prior to initial check-in day –
No penalty fee.
• Cancellation penalties are incremental and based on the number
of days remaining to initial check-in day: $10 per day.
Examples: if cancellation is made 39 days prior, the penalty is
$10; 5 days prior, penalty is $350; 1 day prior, penalty is
$390. If cancellation is made on check-in day or later, the
penalty is $400. If rescheduled, any accrued penalty fees
will be reaccredited.
