Sunset Cottage in Peaks Island

Your perfect island vacation awaits in this adorable 3-bedroom
cottage. Completely updated and renovated in 2006. The Sunset
Cottage boasts wonderful water views looking out towards Portland,
as well as Little Diamond and Great Diamond Islands. Covered open
front and back porches and upstairs bedroom with balcony overlooking
the beach and Casco Bay. Fantastic spot to sit and enjoy the
magnificent sunsets and watch the boats and the world go by. The
beach is just steps away. Near tennis and sailing club. Short walk
or bike ride to ferry, stores and restaurants.
The three bedrooms sleep 4 people. A large living room with queen
futon and daybed accommodates three more. One full bath and an
outdoor hot water shower.

Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, electric
stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and several small
appliances.
Other amenities include Washer/Dryer, Cable TV with VCR, AM/FM/CD
player, Gas Grill. Linens and towels provided. Telephone for local
calling. No smoking and no pets.

This wonderful island community offers activities for all ages.
Peaksfest, Peaks Island 5-mile Road Race, Peaks to Portland Swim,
Community talent show, island tours, library, movies, playground,
sailing, tennis, horseback riding. Several restaurants, hotdog
cart, lobster shack and island grocery market. Shops, museums and
art gallery. Bike and kayak rentals.
With only a 15-minute ferry ride to Portland’s Old Port, you can
enjoy many restaurants, waterfront festivals, museums and shopping.

Regular Spring and Fall rates : June 5 - Jun 19 & Sep 11 - Oct 2 $1200/week
