Mtn Lodge @ Snowshoe- Secluded but close to town and skiing in Breckenridge

Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe is the absolute perfect home to enjoy and experience the mountains. Walk outside on the upper deck where you can enjoy the sounds of nature including water running down the moutain while you bar-b-que for your guests.

You can also find hiking trails that are located just two blocks from the house. Believe it or not, you can bring your dog since this is a pet friendly home, however, we do not permit cats. Summer is not the only time to enjoy Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe, visit in the wintertime where you can watch the snow falling on the trees from any room. And as you are aware, skiing makes an excellent winter past time!

When you walk in this home you will immediately be greeted by luxury high end finishes such as a rock fireplace, wood floors, timber ceilings, artisan light fixtures and much much more.
The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat eight, a breakfast type table to seat four more, and a bar that seats an additional two. A gorgeous river rock fireplace divides the dining room and great room. The great room offers leather furniture which is heated through the floors as they are heated with radiant in-floor heat. In this
room there is also a television with cable and a DVD player.

The upper level offers a gorgeous master bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace and a small private deck. The master bath offers heated tile floors with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. You will also find on this level a queen bedroom that also has a master bathroom. There is no need to fight over master bedrooms in this house since
there are three!

The lower level has the family room with cable televisionand a Nintendo Wii.  It also has another master bedroom with a twin bunk bed and queen bed. In addition there is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer (we even provide the laundry soap).

If you are not sold yet then just step outside to the lower level to find a covered outdoor hot tub to soak in after a full day of skiing or hiking. This hot tub is seven feet by seven feet and will accomodate up to six individuals.

We know how hard it is for you to get away from work, email and everyday life. It certainly is your choice as to how much you want to get away; but if you are wanting to stay connected to the rest of the world, we want to help. This home has unlimited long distance service and highspeed wireless internet.

Bedroom Configurations are as follows:
Bedroom One offers a king bed and will sleep two.
Bedroom Two offers a queen bed and will sleep two.
Bedroom Three offers a queen bed and twin bunk bed and will sleep four.
Bedroom Four offers two sets of bunk beds that will sleep four.
For additional sleeping you will find two portable twin beds located in the bunkroom closet with the linens.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults, or 14 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 21. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access: Gondola is just 3 miles

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
