drawers. Also includes a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV
and tiled master bath with a huge walk-in shower and his and hers
sinks.

The guest room will make your visitors think they are staying at a
cozy bed and breakfast with a crisp, white, cottage-style queen-
sized bedroom suite with their own full bath connecting to the
bedroom. A TV/VCR combination will allow them to not miss their
favorite shows while they're out tanning on the beach.

Huge 17 x 10 screened and tiled lanai with patio table and chairs to
enjoy your breakfast outdoors. Chaise lounge chair is also
available for those nights you just want to enjoy the beautiful
Florida weather.

High-speed internet, flat panel monitor and HP PC loaded with MS
Office, printer are available in the guest room to enable you to
keep in contact with the folks back home. (Be sure to send them the

Bellamar at Beachwalk is a quiet, gated community just built with a
beautiful club house and featuring a heated pool and wonderfully
warm whirlpool, a brand new fitness center, large community room
with
full kitchen facilities. It is conveniently located at the
southwest corner of San Carlos and Gladious.

The community is just minutes from the beaches, golfing, fishing,
shelling, outlet malls, boating, and spring training for the Boston
Red Sox.
