Perhaps, if you are like most people in your situation, you would prefer a safe, low-key, laid-back and affordable place to go that has an uncrowded private beach with clean sugar-white sand and warm emerald-green water.

Well, c'mon down, folks, and stay in our charming ocean getaway in the Florida Panhandle. This completely-furnished and nicely-decorated beach retreat is, indeed, more economical, comfortable and convenient than a motel room or high-rise condo and the real benefit to you . . . it's more fun! Our spacious new townhouse is located in the area's premier gated-community, Barrier Dunes, which is adjacent to the wilderness & wildlife preserve, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, on Cape San Blas near the town of Port St. Joe. The front door is just steps from the beach, pools, fishing pond, club house and tennis courts. Absolutely, we are confident that you will enjoy, just as much as we do, your visit to our vacation home, "Key Of Sea."

Covered parking, outdoor shower, beach chairs, deck furniture, wall-to-wall carpeting, central heat & AC, ceiling fans, WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen including: refrigerator w/icemaker, stove, dishwasher, double sink w/garbage disposal, microwave, microwave cookware, stainless steel cookware, kitchen
utensils & knives, electric skillet, toaster, electric can opener, coffee maker, blender, service for six, serving dishes, food storage containers and a counter with stools.

The furnished living area includes: a full bathroom, telephone, dining table & chairs for 6, queen sleeper sofa and matching sofa, coffee table, entertainment center with a 27" TV w/cable, VCR/DVD and portable am/fm/casette/CD player, end table & lamp, floor lamp, wall clock and a deck overlooking the courtyard with stairs to the ground level.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed with pillows, blankets & bedspread, chest of drawers, mirror, night stand & lamp, clock radio, closet and a balcony overlooking the street.

The upstairs master suite has a king bed with pillows, blankets & bedspread, two night stands & lamps, clock radio, telephone, rocking chair, chest-of-drawers & mirror, TV stand with a 20" TV w/cable and a VCR player, double basin, large bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, washer & dryer and a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Sunbathing, swimming in the ocean, swimming in the two pools, walking on the beach, collecting seashells, watching the incredible sunsets over the Gulf (personal favorite), playing tennis, riding bikes, riding horses, boating, golfing, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, SCUBA diving, hiking in the state park, visiting nearby towns for dining, shopping and checking out the local points of interest. Of course, just hangin' out and doing nothing is always a popular vacation activity and this is a great place to R & R for couples and families.
