Spectacular Oceanfront home w/ ocean views from every room!! in Daytona Beach

The Reed House is located in Wilbur by the Sea, 2 ½ miles north
of Historical Ponce Inlet and less than 5 miles south of the popular
Boardwalk in the heart of famous Daytona Beach!
Wilbur by the Sea is a small, quiet, safe little beach town
consisting mainly of home owners. Our  beach house is situated
on a section of beach designated as a “turtle nesting area”. This
translates to: no motorized vehicles, no dogs or any other animals,
very few tourists and a perfect spot for family and friends to spend
a week of safe, peaceful and private fun in the sun! Who knows, you
may even be one of the lucky few to witness a mother turtle laboring
across the sand to lay her eggs or hatchlings blindly making their
way back down to the water to swim out to sea!
The Reed House has recently been remodeled to assure our guests of
all the modern day conveniences essential to providing the perfect
beach vacation. In the main house there are 3 furnished bedrooms complete with ceiling fans, queen sized beds, adequate closet space and large windows with  assuring the occupants of a spectacular sunrise every
morning and a breathtakingly beautiful ocean view with breezes and
surround sound ocean surf 24 hours a day!
We promise our guests that, from the 2 full bathrooms, the large
modern open kitchen (with every conceivable small appliance known to
man), the Florida room/den with futons, the dining
room and breakfast bar (that together seat 10 comfortably) to the
great room with fireplace, you’ll get a spectacular ocean
view from every room in the house!!
For those of you that want to bring along extra guests or the couple
that needs a little more privacy, a 4th bedroom/bathroom guest room
is attached but with a separate entrance.
Off the east entrance is our screened enclosure containing more than
enough patio furniture for lounging and /or dining in the cool ocean
breezes while taking in the panoramic view of beach and ocean below
you.
Located directly off the screened room is our patio and barbeque
area. This is my favorite spot at the end of a day filled with over
indulgence. You literally are right above the sand dunes! Rinse
the sand and salt off your body in our outdoor shower, ease
back into one of the comfortable chaise lounges, peer through the
sea oats that dot the natural landscape and enjoy the miles and
miles of white sandy beaches while the fresh ocean breezes lull you
to sleep. After dinner head down our private beach access ramp and
enjoy a leisurely walk on the cool soft white sand.
Remember, you’re on vacation, this is all allowed!!

Everything included!! We have condiments, coffee and filters, all linens, towels including special larged sized beach towels, blow dryer, all cooking utensils, dishes, soap, etc . Just bring your toothbrush! Uh, and bathing

Rates: $1500-2700/wk   Prices reduced because of slumped economy!!!

Spring Break and summer ( May-mid August):$1700/wk

Off season rates (August 15th-Dec 15th) $1500/wk 

Special Events and some holidays: (Race week, Biketoberfest, Bike Week & BCR) up to $2700/wk.
Cleaning fee $130. May be higher for larger groups or extended stays.

Security Deposit: $500 (holds reservation)
