golf and tennis community overlooking Terra Ceia Bay. Available
seasonally (Dec-April) at $2400 per month, May-November at $1300 a
month + electricity and phone, or as an annual rental at $1200 per
month + electricity and phone.
Enjoy stunning unobstructed sunset views of the Bay. Screened
lanai. All rooms except baths have water views. Mangrove nature
reserve area just below for enjoying Florida vegetation and
wildlife. 18-hole executive golf course and tennis community,
restaurant, clubhouse, putting green, driving range, fitness center,
community pool, 500 ft. fishing pier, very long boardwalk along the
bay through the nature reserve. 20 minutes to Sarasota airport, 30
mins. to St. Pete airport, 45 mins. to Tampa airport.

TVs, VCR, DVD. Master bath has walk-in shower and double lavatory,
walk-in closet in MBR. 2nd BR becomes 2nd suite with closure of
pocket door. Carpet and ceramic tile throughout. New chaise lounge
and leather sofa not in LR photos.
Screened lanai with stunning water views has entry from either master
BR or living room. Ultra peaceful setting. Little ambient light at
night, as you are right on the bay. No traffic noise - it is
