The beach is so close that you can almost leap into  
the ocean from the balcony of this nice 3-BR condo within  
walking distance of Seaside. Located in the Emerald Hill  
community, the condo has undergone a major refurbishment--new 
Travertine tile flooring, new furniture, new paint. The two-story unit 
features one bedroom on the main level (queen bed) and two bedrooms 
upstairs. The large upstairs master bedroom (king bed) features a 
magnificent view of the beach and ocean as well as a balcony 
overlooking the beach. The third bedroom has two double beds. There is 
a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.  Includes 
garage parking for one vehicle and a pad for the second vehicle (2 
vehicles maximum).

Large community swimming pool 75 yards  
from front door, beautiful beach, large screen cable TV in master 
bedroom and living area.

Activities and Attractions

Sandy white beach, swimming, two great golf courses less than 6 miles  
away, Seaside village less than two miles away. Bicycle/walking path 
in front of community leads 8 miles in both directions.  Only 14 miles 
to Destin and 14 miles to Panama City Beach.
