situated in the very heart of Kissimmee/Celebration/Orlando. 
Location, location, location: Windsor Hills is the closest resort to 
the disney parks! 

Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only 
two miles from Disney World and is very close to Orlando's other 
main attractions, such as Universal Studios and the sights of 
International Drive. 

This magnificant private secure guard-gated community is perfect for 
family and friends and has great facilities that you are welcome to 
use. The double olympic-size swimming pool with fountains, waterslide 
and spa are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-
of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables, 
ping-pong and video games. 

The community clubhouse also has a High definition surround sound 
movie theater and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials. 
There are also tennis, volleyball and basketball court and childrens 
playground and a putting green.

What is included in the rental rate? 
These rates include - All of the Windsor Hills Resort Facilities and 
full use of the condominium over 1250 sq ft and all its amenities 
including 52" 71 channel cable TV, 3 DVD players, 2 additional 20" 
TV's, NOTEBOOK COMPUTER WITH BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS, Wi-Fi 
available in an around clubhouse via open network, 2 phones with 
unlimited local calling, all water and power 
services, full kitchen with oven,microwave and toaster oven, full 
size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, ice making 
refridgerator, hair dryers in both bathrooms and lighted magnifying 
mirror in master etc. Fresh sheets, linen and bathroom towels are 
provided. The home is cleaned before you arrive and after departure 
(A cleaning charge of $70 USD is added to bookings). 

Your booking includes full use of the facilities within Windsor Hills
resort as available. These include the double olympic-size swimming 
pool, children's play area, fitness room, games room, movie theater.
