Vacation Rental Description

This is a non-smoking cabin.  

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths - Beds for up to 14

1 Queen in master, 2 Full Size in 2nd bedroom, 2 full size futons in 
the open concept area that will sleep 2 each, and 2 bunk beds 
downstairs for the kids with 4 twins

Central Air & Heat upstairs, Slab, Carpet, BBQ, Washer/Dryer, Lawn 
Chairs, Microwave, Cable TV, telephone, Hitachi big screen DLP TV, 
free Wi-Fi. 

This is a large cabin with approxmately 1532 Square Feet.  It 
features a separate living space downstairs for the kids with 
kitchenette and bath.  It has 2 bunkbeds to sleep 4 kids with their 
own TV.  

The deck extends almost entirely around the cabin, giving you lots 
of space to yourself, with excellent views of the gulf from the 
front deck, and barges on the intra-coastal waterway from the back 
deck.  

We supply all linens, including, sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.  

Added bonus!  If Texas' finest beachfront rental property across the 
street at 542 Caplen Shores is unoccupied during your stay, you will 
have access to the private deck and private dune walkover to the 
beach.  This property is owned by us as well.  There is also the 
possibility of a free upgrade to 542 Caplen Shores Circle in the low 
season.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2nd row, Excellent beach access to secluded beach.  Your own semi-
private walkover that is utilized by 3 cabins.  Caplen Shores 
has the best beach for families on the Bolivar Peninsula.  Vehicle 
traffic is rare due to the lack of nearby beach road access, but 
foot access is fine.

December 1, 2008 - February 29, 2008:               $695 Week $395 W/end  
(Christmas and New Years week, $895.00) 
Short Week  $395.00 (Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday) 
 
March 1st, 2008 to April 30, 2008 and October 1, 2008 - November 30, 2008:       $895 Week $595 
W/end 
Short Week  $595.00 (Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday) 
 
May 1, 2008 - September 30, 2008: $1095 Week $795 W/end
Short Week  $795.00 (Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday) 
Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weeks $1,495.00.  Holiday Weekend only $995.00

For only $100.00 more, you can get an Extended Weekend (add Thursday or Sunday night)
Thanksgiving, Christmas New Years, and Spring Break (March 7 - 31st, 2008) requires weekly rental

Visa, MC, Discover and Check by phone only.  No cash accepted. Prices subject to change until booked.
We will rent to under 25 with $1,500.00 Cashier's Check deposit, plus completed special lease 
agreement.
   
Payment in full for rental is required at time of booking.  $250.00 
security and cleaning deposit, which is an authorization only, will be 
authorized the day before your arrival and will not be charged unless
the cabin is left dirty or damaged.
