This is a nice duplex beach Suite located just steps away from a
great beach access. It's not beach front but the front porch has a Gulf View. Both units are street level with no steps to climb.

If you bring your boat, there is pull in &
out parking, and your only 1/2 mile from a Gulf of Mexico Marina.

**Well mannered house trained pets are allowed for $100 fee. ***

Unit A Sleeps up to 7. Beds: 1 Kingsize, 1 Queensize, 1 Twin, and
sofa makes a Queen in the family room. Full Kitchen with
microwave, Coffee Maker and cooking utinsils. BBQ grill.

Unit B has 1 kingsize bed, 1 queensize, and Living room sofabed.
Full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and
cooking utinsils. Cable tv in family room and Master bedroom.

Both units have outdoor BBQ with table and chairs. Both units have
seating on Front porch for sunset views.

Outdoor shower available in rear of unit A

Front sitting porch for a romantic sunset and a cool drink.

No stairs to climb and parking near your door.

Just a very easy short walk to the beach.
