The Molokai is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the
North East coast of Oahu; where the Ko'olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

The Molokai studio is an air-conditioned direct ocean side vacation rental suite on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers ocean views from inside the suite & on your private tiled lanai. The Molokai is just 80 feet from the beach where you'll enjoy impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This is an affordable hotel-room size studio (300+ sf) with private bath and large tiled lanai overlooking our courtyard & ocean beyond. The Molokai features a completely remodeled (2006) and modern kitchen with granite countertops, stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The dining area, located on your private tiled lanai, has a table/seating for four. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys ocean views. The suite has a queen size bed, TV armoire, and dining area for two. The recently remodeled bath features a large shower & pedestal sink. The suite has air conditioning and a ceiling fan although it is rarely needed as this suite enjoys cool tropical breezes year around.

5 nights or more     $124.99

7 nights or more     $99.99

We charge a flat rate of $1,120.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday.  This rate covers up to 7 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate.  Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29.  Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $2,240.00 and cover up to 14 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

TERMS:

All rates quoted are based upon two (2) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Maximum occupancy for this suite is 2 persons.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home.

Add a $60.00 one-time cleaning fee to all reservations.
