Welcome to our spectacular new villa in the heart of Emerald Island.
Florida breeze with 7 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms is an elegant and
spacious holiday home which is perfect for large family groups,
sleeping up to 16 guests. The furnishings are of a luxury standard
throughout. The home has a games room with a full size pool table,
air hockey, electronic darts, foosball, toybox and computer with
high speed internet access.

The villa has 7 bedrooms as follows:

2 Master bedrooms both with a King size bed, cable tv, walkin closet
and ensuite.
A disney themed bedroom with cable tv and PS2.
A twin bedded room with cable tv.
2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and cable tv.
1 bedroom with a king size bed and cable tv.

There is a family room with an entertainment centre which includes a
47" tv. There is also another lounge and a dining room.

The villa has a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry.

The villa has a large pool and whirlpool spa. There is also a BBQ
and a lanai to provide shade from the Florida sun.

FREE International and long distance phone calls, use of stroller,
high chair and crib.

The villa is located on the gated Emerald Island resort which is
less than 3 miles from DISNEY. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Animal
Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. It is approximately 25 minutes drive to
Orlando International Airport.

There are numerous restaurants within a mile of the resort including
Red Lobster, Outback, Cracker Barrel, Dennys, Carrabas, Golden
Corral and many many more.

Easter, Xmas & Thanksgiving £1,085 per week / $1,715 per week

Prices in US dollars DO NOT include taxes.
Pool heat is an extra £85 or $150 per week.
Stays less than a week incur a cleaning surcharge of £85 or $150.
A deposit of £100 or $175 is required for each week booked.
