"Back to the Beach" features two bedrooms and a full bath on the
lower level. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV and private
patio. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both have fans.

Upstairs you will find a well-stocked kitchen complete with blender,
margarita shakers and glasses (along with the usual kitchen
appliances, dishes, and utensils) half-bath, dining area and open
living room with queen-size sleeper sofa. For your entertainment and listening pleasure, we
offer a radio/CD player, TV, and DVD/VCR.

Spend the day soaking up the sand, surf and sun on one of the world's
most beautiful beaches just steps away through a private, beach
access. Wear yourself out with stocked boogie boards, floats, beach
games, beach chairs and umbrella that we are happy to share. You can
also take advantage of two pools within our community.

Looking for more ways to escape? Hike the nature trails, fish in a
stocked pond, shoot some hoops or play tennis right on property.

If you need more, you can journey to restaurants and shops all up and
down 30A - Seaside, Rosemary and Watercolors. All are within minutes
and accessible by walking, biking, or driving.
