Vacation Rental Description

Bright, spacious, and clean describes this 2000 sq.ft. canal front  
home located on a dead-end street in a residential neighborhood of  
Siesta Isles. Siesta Isles subdivision is located directly across  
from the Siesta Key Public Beach entrance. 
  
The home has an open, split-floor plan that offers 3 bedrooms, 2  
full baths, kitchen w/breakfast bar, dining room, living room and  
formal living room. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, DVD  
and remotes. 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed and 3rd bedroom  
includes a bunk-bed with a double on bottom and twin on top level.  
There is also a sleeper sofa located in the living room. 
 
The house is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. White Mexican  
floor tile throughout the whole house. 
Rental periods are for one month or more.

within minutes of the house.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1, 2008- Nov 31, 2008 .......$3,000 mth + 11% Florida tax 
Dec 1, 2008- April 30, 2009........$4,400 mth + 11% Florida tax 
 
 
Refundable damage deposit of $500. 
Reservation deposit of $500. Balance due 30 days before arrival. 
Small Pets may be considered at owners discretion. Pet deposit will  
also be required if accepted. 
This is a Non-Smoking home. Non-compliance will result in a  
forfeiture of deposit. 
Departure cleaning fee of $150.
