Master bedroom is large with a walkin closet and full bath.
Second bedroom has two twin beds and large closet and the second bath
is nice and big.And we also have a pull out queen sleeper sofa for
two more guests The house can sleep 6 very comfortable.
The house is on a very large lot for a lot of privacy
with only one neighbor on the street. We are located across the
street from the boat ramp that leads you right out to the Myakka
river and charlotte harbor for some of the best fishing around. Enjoy
the sunsets while you cook the catch of the day on the gas grill.The
ElJobean Fishing Pier is within walking distance for some great
fishing right off the bridge.We are located minutes from the
shopping mall and movies and many nice restaurants.The Beaches are
ten minutes away for some great shelling and swimming in the
beautiful Gulf of Mexico.For you baseball Fans we are located right
down the street from Charlotte County Sports Park New Stadium for the Tampa Bay rays!!
Busch gardens is located about an hour a way and orlando is about 2 and a half. Golf courses are also close by for your pleasure. A Marina is located directly across the street where you can rent boats or bring your own we have plenty of parking available.They also have a boat ramp to put your boat in.
