Located in the "High Banks" area on the east side about 10 miles
south of Canandaigua its wooded setting next to a deep ravine gives
abundant quiet beauty. A large wrap-around deck has views of the
woods,lake and Bristol Hills opposite. Privacy is yours with 100' of
walled lake front with a day-use cabana and dock for excellent
swimming and fishing. Sunsets you'll never forget! A boat lift
and mooring buoy are ready for your boat, free launching nearby.
Being in the High Banks means a steep 'S' turn driveway from the
highway to the cottage (unpaved gravel/brick) and a hike down to the
lake through woods and steep cliff(about 200 steps), not for the
faint hearted.
If you want an affordable vacation in the Finger Lakes then this is
it. Central living room, kitchen and master BR have sliding glass
doors or picture windows. Pets are generally allowed with priror
permission. A 50% deposit it due on rental reservation, refundable up to 2 weeks in advance. Balance of rent and a $200 breakage deposit are due at checkin.

partly obscured by adjoining woods in Summer. From the lakefront the
view is completely open.

Cottage is furnished and has w.w. carpeting; has microwave,
stove,large new refrigerator,bathtub-shower, all utensils and 2 BR
with queen bed in master BR, single twin and roll-away in 2nd
smaller BR.
Includes free use of canoe and wood fishing boat.
Includes 27" TV w/ satellite reception.
No A/C, phone or washer/dryer.
Linen service available at extra cost.
