Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the famous scenic beauty of the Finger Lakes of New York
with this rental cottage on Canandaigua Lake.
Located in the "High Banks" area on the east side about 10 miles
south of Canandaigua its wooded setting next to a deep ravine gives 
abundant quiet beauty. A large wrap-around deck has views of the 
woods,lake and Bristol Hills opposite. Privacy is yours with 100' of 
walled lake front with a day-use cabana and dock for excellent 
swimming and fishing. Sunsets you'll never forget! A boat lift 
and mooring buoy are ready for your boat, free launching nearby.
Being in the High Banks means a steep 'S' turn driveway from the 
highway to the cottage (unpaved gravel/brick) and a hike down to the 
lake through woods and steep cliff(about 200 steps), not for the 
faint hearted.
If you want an affordable vacation in the Finger Lakes then this is 
it. Central living room, kitchen and master BR have sliding glass 
doors or picture windows. Pets are generally allowed with priror 
permission. $200 breakage deposit due at checkin, 50% refundable 
deposit due with rental reservation.

partly obscured by adjoining woods in Summer. From the lakefront the 
view is completely open.

Cottage is furnished and has w.w. carpeting; has microwave, 
stove,large new refrigerator,bathtub-shower, all utensils and 2 BR 
with queen bed in master BR, single twin and roll-away in 2nd 
smaller BR.
Includes free use of canoe and wood fishing boat.
Includes 27" TV w/ satellite reception.
No A/C, phone or washer/dryer. 
Linen service available at extra cost.

extensive Wine Trails for wine tastings are open year round.

May 1 - June 17 2008 Rate: $90/night, 3 night minimum
June 18 - September 1 2008 Rate: $130/night, 3 night minimum
September 2 - October 31 2008 Rate: $ 90/night, 3 night minimum
No extra charge for pets or extra guests.
