Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy one of the best areas and views in North Florida. We 
want to share our home away from home with you and your family. This 
2005 built, beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing condo with 
more than 2,300-square-feet of luxury living and oceanfront and golf views 
is a true get-away for up to eight vacationers. Thanks to its sweeping 
view of the magnificant Atlantic Ocean and the eighth hole of the 
reknowned Jack Nicholaus-designed Ocean Hammock Golf Course (regarded 
as the "Pebble Beach of the Atlantic" and rated as one of the top 100 
courses in the U.S. by Golf Digest), relaxation doesn't come any 
better than this!  
 
With a fully stocked state-of-the-art gourmet, granite kitchen and 
spacious floor plan, there is plenty of room for everyone to unwind 
after a great day of boating, fishing, golfing, swimming at both of 
the gorgeous pools and soaking up the sun on the beach.  
 
The huge balcony overlooking the Atlantic is a great place for a 
memorable candelight dinner for two or to create memories with a  
family dinner overlooking the ocean. 
 
This place has a way of making the stress magically melt away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include: Three large rooms each with private baths, 
Queen-size sleeper/sofa, pillow top beds, eat-in kitchen, TVs and DVD 
players,free wireless DSL internet access for surfing the net on the 
extra-large balcony over-looking the ocean and golf course, 
washer/dryer and more.  
 
The condo is beautifully furnished with a very relaxing bright and 
tropical feel. The property has a 24-hour guard gate entrance and 
covered parking located next to elevator. Kids and adults will all 
enjoy the two large pools in a tropical and relaxing setting. One is 
oceanfront in a quiet tropical setting for adults and the other 
huge pool at the adjacent clubhouse features a children's water 
playground and a gradually sloped "beach entry" kids love. There is 
also a jacuzzi, large clubhouse with billards, air hockey and game 
room, exercise and weight room with flat screen TVs on exercise 
equipment, media center, and pool-side cafe -- all this 
situated just feet away from the cinnamon-colored sand that Palm Coast 
is famous for!   
 
The condo is conveniently located minutes from a supermarket, retail 
outlets and restaurants as well as an incredible wine and cheese shop 
not to be missed -- we never do!! Tell Damian we sent you and she will 
gladly teach you all you would ever want to know about great wine and 
great cheese.  
 
We have provided a guest book with a list of phone numbers and 
directions to all attractions, areas of interests and restaurants in 
the area.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include golfing at more than 8 world-class golf courses 
within five miles. However, none are more memorable than the 
breathtaking Ocean Hamock Golf Club, considered by Golf Digest as "one 
of the most spectacular 100 golf courses in the country." From our 
condo, you will  get to wake up to the picturesque oceanfront 185 yard 
par 3, 8th hole each morning and enjoy your coffee on the balcony, 
(see pictures). For everyone else, there is fishing; boating; sailing; 
swimming; surfing; shelling and numerous beach activities.  
 
Cinnamon Beach is just a short 25-minute scenic drive up AIA along the 
beach to historic St. Augustine, the United States' oldest city.      
St.Augustine offers amazing shopping, history, great restaurants and 
scenic tours not to be missed. Palm Coast is also 20 minutes north of 
world-famous Daytona Beach -- home of the Daytona 500 and one of the  
biggest annual motorbike weeks in the country! You are just 10 minutes 
from Marineland where you can literally swim with the dolphins. You 
are one hour from the TPC Sawgrass Golf and Country Club in beautiful 
Ponta Vedra, world headquarters of the PGA and home of the Players 
Championship each year. 
 
Palm Coast is also just over an hour from Walt Disney World, Sea 
World, Universal Studios, MGM Studios and all that Orlando has to 
offer, and Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral -- all perfect for a 
day trip with the kids!

Vacation Rental Rates

$1200 - $1900 per week (just below corner penthouse with the most 
desirable and largest "A unit" floor plan). This corner unit has 
perhaps the best view in all of Cinnamon Beach except for the one unit 
above us.  
 
**Special rates for monthly and long term rentals. 
 
**Rates are subject to change at anytime if deposit and signed and   
dated contract is not received by us via fax or mail prior to change. 
 
**one time "clean up fee" of $95 may be applicable if condo is exited 
by renter in an unacceptable manner. I believe we all more or less 
know what is considered inconsiderate and a complete mess. 
 
** monthly rentals may be required to pay a $75 per week maid service 
that will be arranged by us. (You're on vacation... you don't really 
want to scrub floors and bathrooms do you??).
