Lovely Villa with a View of the Ocean - Casa de Buena Madera in Playa del Carmen

This beautiful, fully air-conditioned, 3-story private home is located in the private, gated community of Phase 1 of Playacar in Playa del Carmen.  Surrounded by lush tropical flowers and trees, it is within walking distance of Mayan ruins, a tropical aviary, tennis courts, and the town of Playa del Carmen.  It is 150 meters from the white sand beaches of the Caribbean.

The first level features two bedrooms, each with two double beds and private bathrooms with shower.  Each bedroom has a closet with drawers for convenient clothing storage.  Each double bed has four pillows and a blanket if needed.  Each bedroom has its own air conditioner with thermostat.

The second level has a fully furnished kitchen and dining area, laundry room with W/D, as well as a living area with satellite TV/DVD and video and book library.  This level also has two balconies.  One on the side by the bar with a table which seats six for outside dining. 

The third level has the Master suite with king bed, private bathroom with shower.  The closet has a dressing room with drawers for convenient clothing storage.  The Master suite has its own separate side balcony with lounge chair and table with two chairs for private sunning or coffee in the morning.  On the third floor there is also a large balcony terrace with a lounge chair and table for four.  In the Master suite is a desk with the wireless modem for internet connection. 

The fourth level is a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Playa del Carmen.  On this terrace is a stone table with four chairs as well as two lounge chairs for sunning.

In addition to the rooftop terrace, the house has 5 more outside terraces for soaking in the sun or relaxing for morningcoffee or outside dining.

On the ground level you will find a lovely garden area with covered porches and a pool for cooling off after a day in the sun.

50% Reservation Deposit
Cancellation Policy: full refund if made 30 days prior to stay, or
60 days for a holiday rental.
Final payment due 30 days prior to rental, 60 days for holidays.

We accept checks in U.S. dollars.  Will accept VISA or Master Card.
Damage deposit of $250 due at time of final payment which will be
refunded within 2 weeks after inspection of the property upon check-out.

Rates are based on 2 people per bedroom or 6 people for the villa.
Any extra person will be $25 per person per night.
