Vacation Rental Description

This air-conditioned, spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in an
absolutely wonderful location with a beautiful view of Narragansett
Bay. There are new hardwood floors and tile bathrooms. The newly
remodeled kitchen with granite countertops is very large with an open
floor plan featuring a great room concept with gas fireplace, flat
screen tv, deck, and screened porch. The large master bedroom with
queen size bed has its own bathroom. The second large bedroom has 2
twin beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed.
The second floor has another master bedroom, large bath with 2 person
jacuzzi, walk-in Roman shower, den with futon, family room with
sectional sleep sofa and HD flat screen tv, screened porch, deck and
sundeck. It can accommodate an additional 4-6 guests and is  available
for an extra charge. This is  ideal for large families or friends who
want to split their vacation costs. It is conveniently located less
than 5 minutes to the famous Narragansett town beach (right near the
Towers).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning, high-speed internet, fully-applianced
including microwave, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.,
dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas grill, ceiling fans, decks and sundeck,
screened porches, 2 flat screen cable tv's(total of 4 tv's), DVR, DVD,
VCR. All bedding is provided and consists of matching shams, sheets
and comforters. Towels, linens, and bicycles are also included. 
 

Activities and Attractions

Narragansett is a wonderful oceanfront community with beautiful 
public beaches and great restaurants. It is located on the 
southeastern coast of Rhode Island, just minutes from Newport's many 
attractions. Providence is about 30 minutes away. Boston is 70 
miles, and New York City is about 150 miles. The area is a golfer's 
paradise, with numerous public courses at very reasonable rates. 
Foxwoods Casino, the Mohegan Sun, and Mystic, Connecticut are about an
hour away.

Vacation Rental Rates

The first floor can be rented by itself if your group does not exceed
7 people. The rate for the first floor is $2400. per week during July
and August 2009. All weeks in July and August are $3400. per week for
the entire house.
The house sleeps 7 people downstairs, and 4-6 people upstairs.
Weeks in May and June (until June 27th) are $1800. for the first
floor, and $2800. for the whole house.
Minimum rental period is 2 nights. Call or write for other rates.
High speed internet access is available.
Reservations are now being accepted for 2009.
We rent on a "first come, first served" basis. We will send a lease
and confirm your week with a small deposit. We suggest that you book
early in order to avoid disappointment.
