This air-conditioned, spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in an absolutely wonderful location with a beautiful view of Narragansett Bay. There are new hardwood floors and tile bathrooms. The new kitchen with granite countertops is very large with an open floor plan featuring a great room concept with gas fireplace, flatscreen tv, deck, and screened porch.

The large first floor master bedroom with king size bed has its own bathroom. The second large bedroom has 3 twin beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The second floor has another master bedroom with queen bed, large bath with 2 person jacuzzi, walk-in Roman shower, den with futon, family room with sectional sleep sofa and HD flat screen tv, screened porch, deck and sundeck. It can accommodate an additional 4-6 guests. This is ideal for large families or friends who want to split their vacation costs.

It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes to the Narragansett town beach (right near the famous Towers.)

No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Central air conditioning, high-speed internet, fully-applianced including microwave, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.,dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas grill, ceiling fans, decks and sundeck, 2 screened porches, 2 flat screen cable tv's(total of 4 tv's), DVR, DVD,VCR.

All bedding is provided and consists of matching shams, sheets and comforters.

Towels, linens, bicycles, beach umbrella and some beach chairs, are also included.

Narragansett is a wonderful oceanfront community with beautiful public beaches and great
restaurants. It is located on the southeastern coast of Rhode Island, about 15-20 minutes from
Newport's many attractions. It is less expensive to stay in Narragansett than Newport, and far less
crowded.
Providence is about 30 minutes away. Boston is 70 miles, and New York City is about 150 miles.
The area is a golfer's paradise, with numerous public courses at very reasonable rates. (We can assist you with the best golf information).
Foxwoods Casino, the Mohegan Sun, and Mystic, Connecticut are about an hour away.

All weeks in July and August are $3500. per week. The house sleeps 7 people downstairs, and 4-6 people upstairs (13 total). Wireless High speed internet access is free.
Reservations are now being accepted for 2013.
We rent on a "first come, first served" basis. We will send a lease and confirm your week with a small deposit. We suggest that you book early in order to avoid disappointment. Be sure to scroll down for more photos. Other photos are available upon request. A small deposit will hold your week.
This property is also available for the 2014-15 URI academic year.
