Litchfield by the Sea Villa in Litchfield Beach

This Heron Marsh family Villa has been professionally decorated in beach
decor and is in like-new condition! New electronics, air conditioner and water heater.
Clean and neat. Our Villa is 1 minute to the beach, with the community access directly in front
of the Villa...a one minute walk! There are ocean views from the master bedroom which
has a king bed, private bathroom & walk-in closet. The downstairs bedroom has twin
beds and an adjoining bath. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the family/living
room. A spacious deck is accessible from the family/living room. Daily Housekeeping is
provided & linens are also included. Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am.

Our guests have access to all of the Resort amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, all-
