This comfortable 3 bedroom condo is located in the heart of  
Wildwood.  1 block from the beach, the Famous Laura's Fudge and the  
amusement park.   
 
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath 
2nd bedroom has a full size bed 
3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds 
Sofa opens to a queen size bed 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a toaster,  
blender, coffee maker, and microwave.  Also for your convenience, we  
have a full set of dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, etc.  An  
iron/ironing board and a washer/dryer are also available.  Each  
bedroom has cable TV and clock radio.  The living room has a  
TV/DVD/VCR.  The dining area is light and airy. 
 
This unit is equipped with central air and ceiling fans and a  
furnished balcony. 
 
A 2 car garage is available for your parking convenience.  Almost  
everything you need is within walking distance. 
 
****Please provide your own sheets, towels (beach, bath, etc.) and  
paper products.    

Activities and Attractions

Located 30 minutes from Atlantic City, 10 minutes from Cape May, and  
within one block from the beach, amusement park and the boardwalk.   
This wonderful location offers fun for the whole family including  
rides, arcades, water park and great restaurants.   Tennis courts  
and golf courses are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

March 3rd - May 19th:      $1750/week 
May 19th - Sept 8th:       $1900/week 
Sept 8th - Oct 31st:       $1700/week 
 
We usually require an $500 security deposit.  Additional pet fee  
may be required. 
 
Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend  Hydrofest, 
Italian Weekend, Fireman's Weekend, Irish Weekend,  
Harley Owner's Weekend,Classic Car Show Weekend,   
 
Any 3 nights: $1195 / Any 4 nights: $1295 
 
Our condo is available for rent throughout the year for conventions  
and other off season events, such as Fab 50's Weekend, PT Cruisers  
Weekend, Barbershop Quartet Weekend, etc.
