Navarre Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets! Navarre Beach
Regency #411 is a beautiful, tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1520
sq ft) on Navarre Beach. We are located about halfway between
Pensacola and Destin. Unit 411 overlooks the largest pool on
Narvarre and 400 feet of beautiful snow-white sugar sand. We have
300' of new pristine white sand and shelling has become a favorite
past time. The emerald blue water offers everything you would
expect - dolphins,children, fishermen, surfers - everyone playing
and having a great time! The 30 x 8 private, Gulf front balcony is
the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Navarre Beach has to
offer.
The atmosphere on Navarre Beach is stress free and relaxing!
Natural beauty without the crowds to spoil it. We are very family
oriented - the perfect place to do as little or as much as you want
to. If you want people and activity it is close by. Pensacola Beach
and Destin are less than 30 minutes away. Units 401, 402 and 411 are
located on the fourth floor overlooking the pool. They boast nine
foot ceilings, crown molding and doors opening from both the living
space and master bedroom onto the balcony. The view is simply
breathtaking! While sitting on our private 30x8 balcony you will
enjoy everything the beach has to offer. The balcony is comfortably
furnished with a table, 4 swivel chairs, a chaise lounge, and a
glider. You will be very comfortable while you enjoy beautiful
sunsets. Outside the second bedroom window is a great view of the
Santa Rosa Sound. During the winter months we have a social director
to plan activties and trips for getting to know one another. Our
condo is our second home - not the typical rental unit. Call us -
better yet - come for a visit!.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub in
the private bath. It is very tropical in its décor. The second
bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the living area has a queen size
sofa. The condo will comfortably sleep 8. It was professionally
decorated, tropical and comfortable. There are ample linens and
closet space. There is an on site office and we enjoy great elevator
service. The trash chute is located just a few steps from your front
door. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample cabinets. You
will feel as if you are cooking at home - everything you need at
your fingertips. However if cooking is not your thing while on
vacation, we have great restaurants close by. You will have
a microwave, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, washer, and dryer
available for your use. There are also charcoal grills and picnic
tables on the ground floor. Also located on the ground floor is bike
storage and carts for loading and unloading. There you will find
storage for your water toys, chairs,etc. As you can tell, this is
not the typical "condo rental" and we invite you to come for a
visit. Our motto for vacationing is RELAX,RELAX, RELAX!
