Vacation Rental Description

We have thought of everything we would want for our family, and put  
it in our our townhouse at Folly beach. This is brand new  
construction, with modern features, ten-foot ceilings downstairs  
give it an "Old Charleston" feel, open family/dining/kitchen area,  
bathrooms for each bedroom, decks on both levels (screened on lower,  
beautiful views, seating for six) two-car parking garage, hardwood  
floors, granite countertops, good storage, well equipped kithcen. We  
even put in baby gates, outlet covers, books, and games for the kids.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The downstairs bedroom is queen-size, there is a four person bunk  
bed in front upstairs bedroom (single bunk, double bunk, single  
trundle), and peaceful, elegant master suite with king-size bed,  
seating area, double vanity sinks, seperate shower and jacuzzi, and  
large 12 ft. walk-in closet. 
 
There is a deck off the master as well, with beautiful marsh and  
river views. There are TVs in each bedroom. Laundry room is  
upstairs. We have a gas grill, a gas fireplace, ambient lighting and  
a flat-screen TV over the fireplace and in the master. We have high  
speen internet via cable modem in the master and WIFI throughout the  
house. 
 
Take a 30 yard walk to the community pool,fishing dock, floating  
dock.

Activities and Attractions

Small 24 unit Townhome property is located on the river just 3 short  
blocks to the beach and 1 1/2 blocks to the very cool town of Folly  
Beach.  
 
River-front pool has a cabana with steps leading to a large deep-  
water dock with excellent fishing and and floating dock to tie your  
boat up for a day. The town of Folly has restaurants from tapas to  
pizza and everything in-between. There are several surf shops in  
Folly with all types of surfboard, kayak, boat, kite, bicycles, and  
jet ski rentals available. Boat access is a short walk ( 1 block)  
away. 
 
Of course don't forget about Charleston, where the quaint charm of  
this historic town is just a short (15 min) drive away.

January 1 - March 8..... $1000/wk... $175 night / 3 night minimum 
March 8 - May 24........ $1200/wk...$200night / 3 night minimum 
May 24 - August 23........ $1400/wk / weekly rentals only 
August 23 - October 25......... $1200/wk...$175 night / 3 night minimum 
October 25 - March 28, 2009.........$1000 wk.... $200 per night / 3 night minimum 
 
Rates subject to a 13% SC Tax and $100 Cleaning/Linen fee 
Subject to include a $300 fully refundable security deposit  
Weekly rentals Sat-Sat only. Visa/Master Card accepted
