restored 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1925 Bermuda style cottage surrounded
by lush, tropical landscape and outdoor spaces. Stroll through a
private garden to access the expansive Grandview Gardens Bed &
Breakfast tropical garden paradise with its spacious sundeck and
heated swimming pool.
Famous Palm Beach Island with its beautiful beaches and bike trails
is just a 10 minute bike ride away.
The Coco Palm Cottage sleeps up to 6 people (including a futon
sleeper sofa in the Florida room) and is luxuriously furnished in
the classical cottage style.

The amenities include: central air and heat; a fully equipped
gourmet kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, spices,
cookware, etc; cable television with DVD/CD/VCR; DSL jack;
selection of DVD movies; bed linens/bath towels; access to
washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; phone w/ unlimited local

City Place, the revived area of downtown West Palm Beach with
restaurants, theaters and shops, is 15 minutes walking distance. You
can also use one of the complimentary bicycles to get around town.
The Norton Museum of Art, Kravis Center of Performing Arts, the Palm
Beach County Convention Center, Palm Beach Atlantic University and
Armory Art Center are also within 5 minutes walking distance.
Coco Palm Cottage is located adjacent to Howard Park, which offers
tennis courts, basketball courts, a jogging path and plenty of green
space for a picnic.
