Completed September 2006, Calabay at Tower Lakes is a luxurious new development on on Highway 27 and is only 15 minutes from the magical Walt Disney World Complex. Southern View is situated close to the Interstate Highway 4 making Tower Lakes an ideal location to explore both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and numerous golf courses in this lovely part of central Florida.
Tower Lakes has a gated entrance giving that added sense of security for our guests at Southern View.

Our luxury vacation home is a beautiful 4 Bedroom villa with 4 en-suite bathrooms. There are two Master Bedrooms both with King Size beds situated on separate floors and two large Twin bedrooms.
The first of the Master Bedrooms with a King size bed is situated on
the ground floor. It features a luxury en-suite bathroom with his
and hers basins, a large tub and separate walk in shower. 1 large
walk-in wardrobe also feature in this beautifully appointed room.
The Second Master Bedroom with King size bed is located on the upper
floor with a full en-suite bathroom & fitted wardrobes, leaving easily
enough space for two families.
The two Twin Bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms are located on
the ground floor giving that extra privacy for all the guests.
Cable TV is provided in all of the bedrooms, games and leaving rooms at Southern View, with the two Master Bedrooms also featuring radio/alarm clocks and hair driers.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided, beach towels are also
provided for the pool and your days at Blizzard Beach.
There is also a telephone within the villa. All local and North America calls are
free, but a credit or phone card are required for International calls.
Southern View features a fully equipped kitchen with a large side-by-
side refrigerator cooker with oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker,
four slice toaster, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal.
There is a breakfast room with dinette table and separate breakfast
bar.
Other appliances include a blender, electric whisk & tea kettle. All
kitchen utensils, pots and pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are
provided.
Full washing and drying facilities are available at the property,
including a steam iron and ironing board.
Elegantly decorated dining room with 6-place dinner setting.
The lounge is contempory with a 3-piece suite, one piece of which is
a sofa bed, ceiling fan and emergency lighting There is a 42” remote
control television with DVD & VCR, along with a selection of films
and board games for your enjoyment.
Fully screened South facing extended pool deck with L shaped pool and Jacuzzi with gas heating,  large covered lanie with ceiling fan. Luxury pool furnitureand FREE Gas BBQ are also included for your added comfort.
Southern view was completed September 2006 on a large corner lot with no rear neighours which has been landscaped to maximize your privacy and at the same time making it extremely homely.

Southern View has full on South facing heated pool with Jacuzzi with extended pool deck. The covered lanai has a ceiling fan for the warm evenings.Southen View is equipped with a quality games room that includes pool table, Basketball, WII Game, Foosball game and a 27" TV for our renters enjoyment.
