Mar-Aug: $450/night, $2700/week (8d/7n) 
Sep-Dec: $400/night, $2400/week (8d/7n) 
Cherry Blossoms, Graduations, and Summer Holidays (excl Labor Day): 
$3000/wk, $500/night
