Vacation Rental Description

If you're looking for location, this home has it. Location, 
location, location! Located at the Hacienda Gated community, this 
3000 square foot home is decorated with the finest quality in 
furnishings and electronics. It has a large Master Bedroom Suite, 
huge bathroom, a walk in closet and a King size bed. The mattress is 
of the finest quality and of course 400-600 thread count Egyptian 
cotton sheets throughout all the bedrooms in the home. Enjoy the new 
Plasma television in the Master bedroom.  Don't miss the panoramic 
views from the large Great Room.  This room boasts 12-20 ft 
ceilings, Tibetan rug and Turkish Prayer Rug.   Also included is a 
brand new 56" high definition 
Samsung TV 
with surround sound and music inside the home as well for the 
patio.  A Universal Remote controls all of this. The Turkish Prayer 
rug in 
the great room was made in 1890 and taken from a mosque in Turkey. 
(very cool!)  
It is highly valuable and a beautiful addition to this room. 
The glass doors of the 
great room open all the way to let the outside in. If you like to 
entertain, this home has it all. The kitchen is a cook's delight. 
The finest crystal stemware, Al Clad cookware, stainless gas cook 
top, granite counters, wine cooler and lots of cabinet space. Also a 
great stainless gas barbeque on the patio for grilling.

There are two more bedrooms, one of which has a Queen sized bed, a 
full bath and walk in closet. The other is in the Casita with an 
Egyptian style Queen size bed with full curtains, full Travertine 
marble 
bath, walk in closet, gas fireplace, wine cooler and a seperate 
entrance to the home. Also there is a bonus room with a day bed, and 
the Lynn Rosette Great Room Sofa will fold down into a full size 
(comfortable) 
bed if needed. This home can easily sleep eight people with FOUR 
Travertine marble bathrooms to service them. (Three full and one 
half)

Step outside onto the patio and you will never want to leave! Enjoy 
your private heated pool, spa, relaxing waterfall and of course the 
firepit. Brand new leather wrapped patio furniture and chaise 
lounges for relaxing. The gardens are beautiful as are the views of 
the mountains and The Dunes Golf Course. Because this home is 
located on a culdesac you have tons of privacy.

The LaQuinta Resort Hotel and Spa with its restaurants and shops, 
are across the street. Beds 1K 2Q 1 day,

biking, hot air baloons, desert gap tours,  fine restaurants, El 
Paseo shopping (10 minutes), art museums and shows, massage and spa 
treatments, MaCallum Theatre and Casino/Gaming, The Living Desert, 
Childrens Discovery Museum of the Desert, Rotating Tramway to the 
mountains, water theme park.
