It is located at mile marker 100 in Key Largo - Diving Capital of the
World. Located right on the premises is Molasses Reef Marina with
deep-water dockage, ramp, and trailer storage.
This townhouse is fully furnished and can accommodate parties up to 8
people. It has 3 floors with patios and balconies facing the front
and back, overlooking a lushly-landscaped saltwater lagoon with sandy
beach. It has a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and
dinnerware necessary to prepare your favorite meal.
Kawama Yacht Club has the amenities of more expensive resorts -
marina, beach, pools, tennis courts, playground, BBQ areas, chickee
huts, etc., but at a price less than local hotels.

Air conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo, Full Kitchen,

Molasses Reef marina is on site (5 1/2' depth at low tide) and you
are minutes from diving and fishing grounds. You have use of a free
boat ramp with trailer storage. Watersports rentals nearby include:
Jet Skiing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Parasailing, and Windsurfing. Also
Biking, Tennis courts (2 lighted), Wildlife viewing, shopping,
sightseeing, and many restaurants serving local seafood. Kawama is
just 2 miles from famous John Pennekamp State Park and 1/4 mile away
from Dolphin Plus Center where you can swim with dolphins.

Holidays and special weeks more (i.e., X-mas, July 4th, etc.)
Rented monthly: Jan-March..$2200/month
Sept-Nov...$2100/month
$500 Security Deposit required to confirm; can also serve as damage
deposit for first-time renters.
$100 maximum electricity when renting monthly.
Payment by check or money order.
