We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the
1400s, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located
in open countryside, but a mere stone’s throw from the historic
centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the
1970s.
During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and
remodelled into three sumptious apartments, two of which are
intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in
Umbria.
What makes this offer unique is undoubtedly the friendly family
management, which provides a combination of tradition and culture
with the three priorities of elegance, comfort and the close
proximity of the owners.
This balance is beautifully achieved in apartments furnished with
antiques and decorated with frescoes depicting the paintings of the
most celebrated Umbrian painters of all time, in accordance with
Umbrian tradition.
The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa, a guarantee of a
warm, friendly Italian welcome.

- Double bedroom (on request twin beds can be made)
- Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub

- Equipped green corner with table, sunbed and chair

DEL BONFIGLI LUXURY APARTMENT
2+1 bedroom apartment, 50 square meters
bilocal apartment composed of:
- Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, single bed-sofa and
fireplace
- Junior suite with double bed
- Pre-bathroom
- Bathroom with angular Jacuzzi bathtub for two people
- Equipped terrace with chairs, sunbed and table
