Vacation Rental Description

We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 
1400s, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located
in open countryside, but a mere stone’s throw from the historic 
centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 
1970s.
During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and 
remodelled into three sumptious apartments, two of which are 
intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in
Umbria.
What makes this offer unique is undoubtedly the friendly family 
management, which provides a combination of tradition and culture 
with the three priorities of elegance, comfort and the close 
proximity of the owners.
 This balance is beautifully achieved in apartments furnished with 
antiques and decorated with frescoes depicting the paintings of the 
most celebrated Umbrian painters of all time, in accordance with 
Umbrian tradition.
 The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa, a guarantee of a 
warm, friendly Italian welcome.

4+2 bedroom apartment, 80 square meters total

- Large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed

- Bedroom with two single beds (on request can be made into a double 
bedroom)

- Private equipped terrace with table, sunbed and chairs 


DEL PINTURICCHIO CHARMING APARTMENT 

4+2 bedroom apartment, 80 square meters 

trilocal apartment composed of:
- Living room with fireplace and double bed-sofa
- Kitchen with breakfast table
- Double bedroom
- Double bedroom (on request twin beds can be made)
- Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub
- Panoramic terrace
- Equipped green corner with table, sunbed and chair


DEL BONFIGLI LUXURY APARTMENT 

2+1 bedroom apartment, 50 square meters

bilocal apartment composed of: 
- Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, single bed-sofa and 
fireplace
- Junior suite with double bed 
- Pre-bathroom
- Bathroom with angular Jacuzzi bathtub for two people 
- Equipped terrace with chairs, sunbed and table

Villanuba is far only 1,5 km from the historic centre of Perugia 
town!

By walking the centre is far only about 20 minutes;
At only 150 mt. there is the bus stop;
At only 3 km there is the central train station;
At only 2 km there is the central bus station that connect Perugia 
with all Umbria and Italy;
At only 200-300 mt. there are stores, markets, shops, cafe'.

Activities and Attractions

 Situated in the centre of the Italian peninsula, the region of
Umbria is traditionally considered the green heart of Italy.
Etruscan and medieval, Perugia is a city of art, culture and nature, 
and also the important events which take place there throughout the 
year, for example the Umbria Jazz Festival and Eurochocolate.
Perugia is also the home of the University for Foreigners for 
Italian Language Studies, the oldest and most prestigious institute 
of its kind in Italy.	
  What is more, Perugia is not far from the A1 motorway (Autostrada 
del Sole ) and only one and a half hours drive from Rome and 
Florence, three hours from Bologna and five hours from Milan.

in which the owners themselves reside, amid elegance, comfort and 
tradition, and accompanied by warm, friendly, family hospitality.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily price range :from Euro 130,00 to Euro 220,00  All inclusive 
Weekly price range :from Euro 720,00 to Euro 1190,00 All inclusive 

minimum stay of two nights

WE PREFER TO BE CLEAR WITH OUR GUESTS!
Because of this,we provide self-catering rentals wich are all 
inclusive.You will not have any "surprises": there are no extra 
prices to rent our elegant apartments: PLEASE NOTE: included in the 
rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, 
towel and linens provided with a weekly change, local taxes and 
weekly cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and 
beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast 
the first morning of your stay. HELP FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS included! 
(This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)

Note: normally a weekly stay is assumed to be from Saturday to 
Saturday.
ON REQUEST THE ARRIVAL DATE CAN BE FLEXIBLE

Mimimum stay: 2 nights.

Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for 
payment of 50% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be 
forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the 
fee due must be paid at the check in. Furthermore, a deposit of €300 
will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the 
apartment during the stay, though this €300 deposit will, of course, 
be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has 
incurred.
