Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 3300 square foot Plantation style Gulf front home is  
on the #1 rated beach in the USA by Dr. Beach.  This is one of 2  
Gulf  properties I have to offer. It is beautifully decorated and  
furnished with palm leaf ceiling fans, antiques, quilts, etc. There  
is a spacious covered deck off each bedroom and there are 2 gulf  
front bedrooms with decks where you can relax and enjoy your morning  
coffee, and watch the dolphins swim by. The spacious fully equipped  
kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops.  There are two  
living areas with cable TVs and the main living room is equipped  
with a DVD and stereo with cassette.  The second living area doubles  
as a bedroom and also has a cable TV and VCR. The master badroom has  
a cable TV and DVD. The master bath has two sinks, a walk-in shower,  
and a large Jacuzzi tub with distressed travertine décor.  It also  
has a TV and DVD inthe master bedroom. There is an outdoor hot/cold  
shower on the ground level deck and also a cold outdoor shower near  
the one car garage.  
 
This beautiful home is located in a small sub-division called Two  
Palms in a low-density area of Florida’s beautiful Forgotten  
Coast.  There are miles of white sandy beaches, great fishing and  
shelling and St Joseph State Park is just a short distance away.   
The beach with extra-fine white sand and stunning aquamarine water  
is truely a delight for those who enjoy nature and value privacy.
