Sea Esta Upscale Gulf front, Beautiful beach, sleeps 10 in Cape San Blas

This upscale private home is perfect for large or multi - family vacations at the beach and can accommodate 10 people. The home offers many custom features including a large, nicely furnished kitchen, dining room, 1 family room areas with cable TV and one family room area with cable TV, book library, DVD and Hi-speed internet. and secure wi-fi. We also offer free long distance to US or Canada. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living room as well as one in each bedroom. There are 5 covered decks to enjoy the views, a washer/dryer, an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and a one car garage. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 very comfortably.

When you arrive at the Sea Esta you will open the ground level door and step into a nicely decorated second living room/bedroom area furnished with a trundle bed that can be left as 2 twins or opened together as a king sized bed. The stairway leads up to the main level.

The entertainment center in this level includes a direct TV, Stereo and VCR with a VCR library. The half bath adjoining the the second living room comes in handy-with the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower right out the back door!

On the first level, walk through sliding glass doors to enjoy your morning coffee from the master bedroom that features a king size bed, a cable TV and DVD and a fantastic view of the beach.

The master bedroom is bright and cheery. Walk through the sliding glass doors onto the deck that provides a fantastic view of the beach. It features a large walk in closet to accommodate your luggage and clothing. Curl up and enjoy reading your favorite book, listening to a DVD or watching TV or a movie from your bed.The master bedroom has a beautiful 5 piece bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks. Enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi tub after a day at the beach!

A second gulf front bedroom features a queen bed with access to the gulf front deck and great view of the beach. Its not unusual to see dolphins frolicking in the surf especially in the morning. Walk out the sliding doors to Relax on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee. Keep an eye open for the dolphins swimming by.

The twin bedroom faces St. Joe Bay. Walk through sliding doors to enjoy a totally different view of the Cape. The cul-de-sac that the Sea Esta is situated on is a great place for kids to ride their bikes, roller blade and play games as there is no thru traffic and you sit out on the deck and watch the kids play. The full bath is off the hallway and very convenient for both twin and queen bedrooms.

The bright and cheery open stairway brings you to the main living area with the furnished kitchen, comfortable living area. a queen bedroom and full bath.

The kitchen is open and convenient including a smooth top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. It is furnished with many extras like a rice cooker, crock pot and electric frying pan. Also there is a coffee maker, mixer and blender.

What a great view you have from the kitchen, dining room and living room on the second level. You can keep an eye on your children playing on the beach while you prepare dinner! Look at the sky blue water! The open dining room and bar area seats 10. Enjoy the view of the beach while eating your meals. This is our favorite eating place. And the atmosphere is fantastic! And there is hardly anyone on the beach! There is deck space on all levels of the Sea Esta.

The Sea Esta furnishings are reminiscent of a plantation beach house. You will find some brand new furniture and antiques that will bring back memories of old Florida. The seating in the living room is comfortable and adequate. There are genuine palm leaf ceiling fans overhead. Enjoy Direct TV, a DVD,  puzzles and a book library are furnished in the entertainment center. Check out the panoramic view from the living room!

The queen bedroom on the second level features is nice for those who enjoy getting up early in the morning and fixing breakfast or just sleeping in. The view from the deck off this gorgeous bedroom is of the cul de sac and St. Joe Bay area. There is a table for writing or for your computer. The bay window provides great light for reading.

Walk thru the sliding glass doors to a shady deck and enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy a great view of the quiet area and be sure to listen for the owls that hoot day and night.The full bath on this floor is easily accessible from the living area and bedroom.

Enjoy the enclosed one car garage with additional parking for an off shore boat or motor home up to 40-45 feet.

 The Sea Esta is located in a quiet area adjacent to fabulous Salinas Park. The park is directly on the beach on one side of the road and has a great fishing dock on the bay side along with  a variety of playground equipment for the children.
