Cancellation Policy:
Tenant notification 90 days or more prior to check in date, all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a 15% cancellation fee. Tenant notification less than 90 days prior to check-in, no deposit monies will be returned, unless money is recovered by a re-rental, and then only to the extent of the re-rental at no loss to the owner, less a 15% cancellation fee.  The more notice, the better the chance of full recovery.
