Vacation Rental Description

Save money while staying in the heart of Waikiki's attractions,  
restaurants, night life, and just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and the  
Hilton Hawaiian Village -- our 1B condo offers excellent value for  
the money, more room and convenience than a hotel, and an unbeatable  
location.  We also offer affordable, gated garage parking closeby.  
This condo is new to rental, and we've just finished a complete  
renovation. It has new flooring, paint, counters, fixtures,  
cabinets, and appliances. We've stocked the kitchen with a blender,  
coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and every cooking implement you  
can think of (save $$ by eating a few meals in!) 
 
We've decorated the unit to be our island getaway, and you'll feel  
the owner love. There is a high quality Queen bed with new, high  
thread count sheets, our shower runs strong and hot (and we have a  
tub), the AC blows cold, and everything's in great shape. 
 
The unit is on the third floor (with an elevator), and  
is tastefully decorated, nice and bright, and you can see the owner  
touches. They include a new TV (with cable) and DVD player, some  
whimsical art, and a nice futon/sofa that folds into a bed for additional  
sleeping (we also have nice bedding and a new mattress pad .) 
 
Walk a block from the building, and you’re instantly in the midst of  
Waikiki’s fabulous shopping, restaurants, and night life. There is a  
magnificent grass beach front park two blocks away, the Yacht Harbor  
is close, and the new Hawaiian Conv. Center is also close by. There  
is a bus and open trolly service just outside the building, and Ala Moana Shopping  
Center is a short ride.  
 
One of Waikiki’s landmark restaurants, Eggs N Things – a crowd  
pleaser with the locals for their amazing breakfast – is just  
outside the building. Also within very close range: a dozen  
restaurants, internet cafe, convenience market, surf shop,  
Starbucks, and a lot more.  
 
Immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, tasteful, and a great  
location -- it adds up to exceptional value. Reserve your dates  
while we're new to rental!
