getaway, with nice partial ocean views from your private covered lanai.

The condo is situated on the second floor, with views of the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, and 
central courtyard. It is located in a quiet area of the complex.  The lanai opens to peaceful ocean 
breezes from the trade winds, to keep you comfortable and cool.

The condo has been completely remodeled, including new hardwood floors, new carpet, new paint, maple 
kitchen cabinets, new bathroom tile, new counter tops, and all new furnishings.

The condo is a large, 500 sq. ft. spacious studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a firm queen 
bed, queen sleeper sofa, dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in 
Paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and utensils.

The beach is just a few steps away and you are also within walking distance of shopping malls, 
restaurants, and the Whale Museum.  The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas BBQ’s, 
and picnic area.  Parking is free.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning and ceiling fan are included for your comfort. Wireless high speed internet, cable 
TV, DVD, beach chairs, towels & coolers are provided at no additional charge. All linens and towels 
are included. Laundry facility available just down the hallway.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
