Remodeled Kihei condo, across from "Kalepolepo Beach Park" and south end of Sugar Beach. This is a private Maui getaway, with nice partial ocean views
from your private covered lanai.
The condo is situated on the second floor, with views of the ocean,
pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, and central courtyard. It is located in
a quiet area of the complex. The lanai opens to peaceful ocean
breezes from the trade winds, to keep you comfortable and cool.
The condo has been completely remodeled, including hardwood
floors, carpet, paint, maple kitchen cabinets, bathroom
tile, counter tops, and furnishings.
The condo is a large, 500 sq. ft. spacious studio suite that comfortably
sleeps four. It has a firm queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, dinette
seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in
Paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and
utensils. Note: We have 3 condos in this complex.
The beach is just a few steps away and you are also within walking
distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and the Whale Museum. The
complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas BBQs, and picnic
area. Parking is free.

$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
