Swan Pines in West Dennis

Our 3-bedroom home has a large family-sized kitchen with a huge
double deck with comfortable patio furniture out back, nice large
pine-needle back and side yard. There is a double bed in the master
bedroom with a pull-out chair that can sleep one extra in that room,
a double bed and twin bed in another bedroom, and twin beds in the
third bedroom, and a pull-out sleep sofa. Living room has a working
fireplace.

There is a cable TV and VCR for your use. In the kitchen are
microwave oven, DISHWASHER, full size refrigerator and freezer with
ice maker, drip coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, all the china,
eating and cooking utensils for your use — all the comforts of home!
We leave the bed pillows and blankets and all you will need to bring
are bed linens, towels and clothing, and perhaps beach chairs if you
don’t want to lug chaise lounges to the beach. We have two
telephones, one in the kitchen and the other in the master bedroom,
with an answering machine. Full-sized tile bathroom with full
tub/shower.

There is a screened/glass sun/screen room with white wicker
furniture, and also a white wicker, glass dining table and chairs.
There is a huge double deck off the kitchen with sun or shade at all
times. On the outside are a new Weber ceramic gas grille (very easy
to operate), a roomy outside hot and cold shower
with dressing room.

We have deeded rights to Swan River, one short block from our house,
where there is great fishing, canoeing, kayaking - rentals right at
end of street. We are ¾ mile to Nantucket Sound beaches. Town of
Dennis has 19 public beaches and two golf courses, approximately 3
miles away. Shopping, movie theater and video store close by in
Patriot Square. Water bumper boats, canoes, batting cages, go
carts, mini-golf and trampolines all nearby along with Cape Cod bike
trail. Walk to restaurants and ice cream shop.

Beaches, whale watching, golf, shopping, movie theaters, batting
cages, miniature golf, go carts, sailing charters, deep
sea/sportfishing charters and rentals, kayak tours, bike tours,
walking and biking trails, several museums, birdwatching, clam
digging, cranberry bogs. So much more to list!!!

Saturday to Saturday rentals, check in 2:00 P.M., check-out 10:00
A.M., no pets and no smoking. $1200.00 per week ($200 security
deposit required, $100 cleaning fee (refundable))
