5 nights minimum (7 nights Christmas and New Year's weeks; 10 nights
Sundance). Check in/out on Saturday preferred. $125 non-refundable cleaning fee on all bookings.  Add 10.4% lodging tax. $300 security deposit and half the payment is due at time of booking. Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to check
in. Security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after check out.  Ask about last minute discounts!
