Daily (Sunday-Wednesday) $125.00 (Two Day Minimum)

Daily (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) $150.00 (Two Day Minimum)

Weekly $800.00

~Three Day Minimum for Holiday Weekends & Harley Week:
$200.00 per day/ $1000.00 weekly

Monthly $1300.00 Utilities covered up to $150.00(October-March)

Monthly $1500.00 Utilities covered up to $150.00 (April-September)

Once you have booked this house the deposit and half of the rental 
amount must be paid before arrival,and the remaining at arrival 
unless discussed otherwise.

Cleaning fee $100.00 (required and non-refundable)

Refundable Security/Reservation Deposit of $500.00 

NO SMOKING/NO PETS/TREAT THIS AS YOUR HOME!!!!!

Cancellation Policy:
2 to 4 month rental 45 days notice
1 to 2 month rental 30 days notice
Daily or weekly rental 1 week notice
