This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 ½ Bath, three car garage custom home  
situated in a resort style gated community. 
 
   The home is very open with nice size rooms and a large kitchen  
for entertaining. The Kitchen has everything you will need for  
cooking, and is open to the family room.  Off the family room you  
will enjoy the large covered patio complete with nice furniture and  
a stainless steel BBQ. What a great spot to enjoy a relaxing meal, a  
cup of coffee while reading the newspaper, or your favorite book. 
 
 The Bedrooms have luxury bedding on all beds as well as pillow top  
mattresses. The Master boasts a Cal King mattress and a large walk- 
in closet. You will have your own private bathroom with a large walk  
in shower with skylight, dual sinks and a private toilet. The two  
other Bedrooms have Queen size beds, and share a luxurious bathroom  
complete with a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after your day’s activities. 
Luxury linens, as well as Beach towels are provided. All rooms have  
ceiling fans, and there are three TV’s with VCR, CD and DVD in the  
house. For your added pleasure, the home is also equipped with  
surround sound, an intercom system and also features a fireplace. 
 
 Enjoy a fun day or night at the Club House which is close to this  
beautiful custom home. The Club House sits on the private lake of  
this gated community. The Club House offers a Library, Conference  
room, Full Kitchen, Gym, Large TV room, Ping Pong, Pool Table,  
Restrooms, Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis, Horseshoes, Volleyball and BBQ  
area with tables.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rate (April-August): $275.00/night with 2 night minimum. 
Major Event Rate: $300.00/night with 5 night minimum. 
Snow Bird Rate (Oct.-March): $250.00/night with 3 night minimum. 
Monthly rates: ($2500.00 - $3000.00)                                
Basic Cleaning Fee: $250.00 (Required) 
Tax is applicable. 
Sleeps 6-7 guests comfortably. 
Holiday bookings must be paid in full 30 days in advance. 
30 days cancellation on Holiday bookings.  
14 day cancellation on any other booking. 
Check-In: 2:00 PM 
Check-Out: 11:00 AM 
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Available at an additional fee.  
Long term monthly rental booking will include up to $150.00 on  
utilities, anything over guest will be charged.
