7523 Ocean Drive in South Avalon is a dog friendly rental home with some simple stipulations.   
 
This rental is great for families with children and grandparents.  The kitchen and main living areas  
and one of the master bedrooms with attached bath is on the first floor.  There's a play area on the  
second floor where kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows.   The rooms are  
spread out and large enough to accomodate many in your group, giving all their "own space" as  
needed.   
 
You can walk 1 1/2 blocks to the beach or one block to the 74th street playground. 
 
Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts, skateboard park on 82nd street or possibly 20 blocks to  
Stone Harbor shopping. 
 
So, bring the grandparents, the kids and dog to have fun and sun and play at the Jersey shore! 
 
Outside decks on 3 sides of house.  Hardwood flooring throughout the home.  New bedding.  New washer  
& dryer.  New living room/dining furniture.  Wide quiet street and beach in South Avalon.

amenities/small appliances.  Enclosed back porch with all windows.  Large outside shower with  
changing area.  Plenty of parking.  Quiet street and wide beach.  No smoking inside please.

Activities and Attractions

Amusement parks and Boardwalks of Ocean City or Wildwood within 20 minutes.  Recreation Park with  
Tennis, Basketball and Skateboarding within walking distance.  Playground & Community Park is 1  
block away.  Cape May County Zoo and sightseeing in beautiful Cape May also closeby.
