and one of the master bedrooms with attached bath is on the first floor. There's a play area on the
second floor where kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows. The rooms are spread out and large enough to accomodate many in your group, giving all their "own space" as
needed.

You can walk 1 1/2 blocks to the beach or one block to the 74th street playground. 

Even after "Sandy" our beach is still wide and beautiful...

Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts, skateboard park on 82nd street or possibly 20 blocks to Stone Harbor shopping.

So, bring the grandparents, the kids and dog to have fun and sun and play at the Jersey shore!
