- One tenant must be at least 40 years of age 
- No tenants allowed under the age of 19!  
 
* Flexible lease for 1 month to 1 year or more  
 
* Arrive and depart on the days you choose 
 
* Major Utilities Paid, including electric, gas, water, sewer,  
trash, recycling, mowing, HOA  
 
* Included access to all Country Club amenities, golf greens fee  
discounts, use of fitness center, country club building, 3 star  
restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, gym and exercise rooms,  
tennis, and most homeowner activities   
 
* Rental is only $2500/month with discount for longer-term rentals  
 
* $1000 refundable security deposit 
 
* $100 move out cleaning charge can be deducted from your deposit  
 
* Optional golf cart $150/month  
 
* Maid service available 
 
* NO refunds of overpayments
